Unicorn Garden provides independent software engineering, custom development, automation systems, and Local AI infrastructure consulting. Use of the contact form does not create a binding engagement; all work is subject to a separate written agreement.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Unicorn Garden or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. User conduct

When using the contact form or any interactive feature, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Site
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Submit spam, promotional content, or illegal material

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
